Music streaming when everyone’s a DJ
Beatport provides a leading platform for DJs to find stems and tracks, and publish their music. When Beatport was acquired by conglomerate SFX, we were asked to explore how to evolve the Beatport digital experience, augmenting the already beloved music platform with stronger news and content experiences, and better ways for DJs to promote themselves.
We think we did a pretty good job — but some stuff happened, and the site never quite launched as we would have liked.
