WeWork

VP of Design Nicole Kahn reached out to us in 2019 to jump in and help accelerate some strategic product design initiatives within WeWork. We were able to quickly embed with the WeWork design team — which was in a period of transition — and help push forward key product design initiatives on member facing experiences like WeWork.com and the WeWork app, as well as building out the robust set of internal tools that is driving WeWork’s proptech transformation.

Over a couple of years, our embedded teams have helped push WeWork’s consumer experiences forward, partnered with product & engineering to push forward internal platforms, formalized a design system in Figma — along with a design team transition from Sketch to Figma.

We have continued a partnership with WeWork to help launch features and optimize experiences across their consumer web, consumer native app, and internal tools.
