We collaborated closely with the Xfinity marketing, customer loyalty, and self-service teams to help launch the Xfinity Rewards platform and integrate it throughout the customer ecosystem. Supporting the overall launch and rollout strategy for Xfinity Rewards, we helped develop user experience strategies and designs to launch the program online, within the My Account experience, and integrated into the Xfinity mobile app.
